1. Purpose and scope

Dominants4Cash (D4C) is an adults-only community built around consensual financial domination, submission and controlled roleplay. This policy applies equally to Masters, Masters Plus members, Slaves/Subs, Switches and other eligible members. It provides an impartial route to raise genuine conduct, safety and membership-compliance concerns. No community title exempts a member from this policy.

2. Informed consent and personal boundaries

Members actively agree to the published conditions of their chosen membership plan. A Slave/Sub selecting that plan acknowledges the disclosed Stable, Prison World and other in-site governance rules that may apply. This is agreement to a platform membership framework; it is not blanket or irrevocable consent to a particular payment, sexual act, private interaction or personal demand. Consent to each personal activity must be freely given, informed, specific and ongoing; it may be withdrawn. Silence, rank, registration or past participation never substitute for consent.

3. Legitimate financial domination and Stable conditions

Within an agreed relationship and D4C’s rules, an eligible Master may establish and communicate financial expectations, tribute requests, rules and Stable conditions. A prospective or current Slave/Sub may refuse a particular private payment or interaction and seek to end the voluntary relationship through the applicable process. Such refusal does not create a private debt or allow blackmail, harassment or unlawful pressure. A genuine dispute over previously disclosed and accepted Stable or membership conditions may justify a request for membership review, but not forced payment.

4. Right to report or request review

Eligible members may submit a confidential Member Conduct & Parole Referral to Site Administration/Governor about another member, irrespective of rank. Reports may concern threatened or actual non-consensual conduct, coercion, harassment, abuse of authority, retaliation, privacy or recording violations, or alleged failure to meet accepted Stable or membership conditions. A report is a request for assessment, not proof of misconduct or an automatic summons to a Parole Hearing.

5. Referral and triage procedure

Referrals go first to authorised Site Administration/Governor through the Conduct, Safety & Wellbeing service. The submission should identify the concerned member, circumstances, relevant rules or agreed conditions, available dates and any lawfully obtained supporting evidence. Administration may seek clarification, preserve relevant evidence, apply proportionate temporary safety restrictions, dismiss an unfounded referral, address it administratively or approve a formal Parole review where appropriate. Serious immediate safety concerns must be prioritised; a member should contact emergency services where there is imminent real-world danger.

6. Parole reviews and fair process

Only Site Administration/Governor may authorise a formal Parole Hearing through the existing D4C case and hearing system. Affected members should receive an appropriate account of the allegations and a meaningful opportunity to respond, subject to proportionate confidentiality, safeguarding and legal restrictions. Board participants must act impartially, respect conflicts of interest and keep private evidence confidential. The Parole Board considers evidence and makes recommendations; it does not independently compel payments, impose unauthorised sanctions or overrule the Governor/Admin.

7. Jail and restricted-state safeguards

A report made during an authorised Jail sentence, Holding Pen or other restricted state does not automatically pause, cancel, shorten or override any restriction. The Conduct, Safety & Wellbeing service must offer an authorised route to submit genuine safety concerns from restricted states, without opening ordinary member messaging or bypassing Jail Core. Only Site Administration/Governor can authorise correction, override or release through the existing controlled procedures. A credible safety report must still be considered promptly, including where a restriction itself requires review.

8. Zero tolerance for serious non-consensual conduct

Threats, coercion, blackmail, deception, unlawful financial pressure, abuse of private media, harassment and serious non-consensual conduct are prohibited. Where serious misconduct is substantiated after appropriate review, D4C may permanently terminate the offending account, restrict re-entry where lawful and refer matters to relevant authorities where appropriate. Immediate interim safety measures may be used where reasonably necessary, without treating an allegation as an established finding.

9. Deliberate misuse, good-faith reports and retaliation

Knowingly fabricated evidence, malicious allegations, repeated bad-faith harassment through referrals and deliberate attempts to use the process to circumvent a valid sentence are prohibited. Where deliberate or serious abuse is established through an appropriate review, the offending member will be permanently removed from the D4C community, subject to applicable law. An honest complaint is not misconduct merely because it is unproven or unsuccessful. Retaliation, intimidation or punishment for making a good-faith safety report is prohibited.

10. Governor / Site Administrator final internal authority

The Site Governor / Site Administrator makes the final decision within D4C’s internal governance process on whether to accept referrals, convene hearings, apply or vary authorised restrictions, impose disciplinary outcomes and terminate membership. No Master, Slave/Sub, Switch or Parole Board participant can independently override an authorised decision. Finality within D4C does not remove statutory rights, access to regulators or courts, or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Confidentiality, evidence and privacy

Reports are not public posts, ordinary member messages or notifications automatically sent to the accused. Access must be limited to authorised staff or formally appointed case participants on a justified need-to-know basis. Members should provide only relevant evidence that they may lawfully share. Handling of messages, recordings, identity information, sensitive content, access logs, retention and individual rights must follow the D4C Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Specific retention schedules, lawful bases and processor responsibilities must be verified before activation.

12. Available routes and communication

When launched, the Conduct, Safety & Wellbeing information page will be linked from the Command Centre, website footer, Member Services and Help & Resources; relevant member profiles and Stable management may offer direct referral links. Restricted members must have an authorised safety route. The D4C AI Assistant may explain the published rules and referral process but must not adjudicate a complaint, promise release or create a Parole case autonomously.

13. Publication, acknowledgement and updates

This service and policy are proposed and are not yet operational. When approved, D4C will publish the coordinated Terms, Privacy and conduct documentation; provide explanatory induction and AI guidance; seek fresh active acceptance of material Terms changes where appropriate; keep version/time acceptance records; and notify members using its official email service. Existing pages and recordings must not describe an unavailable referral route as live.
