IMPORTANT: These Terms form part of the contract between you and ONLINESERVICES LTD when you register for, purchase, access or use DOMINANTS4CASH. Please read them carefully together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not register for or use the Service.

1. Operator and Service

DOMINANTS4CASH (“D4C”, the “Service”, “site”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is operated by ONLINESERVICES LTD, 133 Tame Road, Birmingham, B6 7DG, United Kingdom. D4C is an adult, registered-members-only online community built around consensual financial domination and related adult fetish role-play. References to “Master”, “Slave”, “Switch”, “ownership”, “Stable”, “Jail”, “Prison”, “Governor”, “Parole”, “Death Row” and similar expressions are D4C community, feature and role-play terminology. They do not create legal ownership, detention, employment, agency or authority over another person outside the Service.

2. Eligibility, Men-Only Membership and Age

D4C is intended only for adult men aged 18 or over who satisfy our registration and age-assurance requirements. Unregistered visitors cannot use member areas. A registered member admitted to the limited 48-hour Guest Preview may view only the areas enabled for that preview under the applicable access rules. You must provide accurate information and must not misrepresent your age or identity. Where age assurance is required, access may be withheld until the required check has been completed. A declaration that you are over 18 does not by itself replace any age-assurance process required by D4C.

UK online safety law requires services that allow pornographic content to use highly effective age assurance to prevent children from accessing it. D4C requires completion of the age-check process applicable to your access route. Refusal or failure of a required check may prevent access to adult content. A saved browser cookie is not itself proof of age.

3. Registration and Acceptance of Policies

Registration requires active acceptance of the current Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. The acceptance boxes must be completed by the member and are not optional. Copies of both documents will be available to read and download before acceptance. D4C may record the member/User ID, policy version, acceptance date and time, and relevant registration or re-acceptance context as evidence of acceptance.

By actively accepting these Terms and completing registration or continued Stage One admission, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read them, understand the membership conditions and possible restrictions described here, and agree to be bound by the current Terms as a condition of using D4C. This includes the general duties for all members and, if you select a Slave plan, the additional in-site conditions that can apply within a Master’s Stable. If you do not agree, do not complete the acceptance or use the Service. Acceptance does not waive your statutory rights or consent to any particular private payment, real-world act or personal interaction.

Because Stage One introduces materially revised membership rules and functionality, existing members as well as new members must review and accept the Stage One Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before obtaining normal Stage One access. Earlier acceptance records may be retained as historical records.

4. Registration, Preview and Induction

New members follow the admission steps presented to them, including email verification where required, selection of an available membership plan, completion of required profile details and avatar, acceptance of current policies, Site Induction Manager and the Two Worlds induction experience. Normal Network World access begins only when the Command Centre entry step has been completed. Existing members admitted from the previous site may be asked to complete outstanding policy, profile and induction steps; they do not need to register again.

Where offered, the 48-hour Guest Preview is for registered, authorised members. Its period begins after successful preview admission, not simply when an account is created. Preview access is view-only in the permitted areas; posting, messaging, purchases or other actions may remain unavailable according to the preview controls. At expiry, preview access ends unless the member completes the applicable membership and induction route. A preview does not waive age, conduct, privacy or other site rules.

5. Membership Types and Access

D4C may offer membership plans including Master, Masters Plus, Slave and Switch plans and may alter the plans, prices and included features from time to time. The membership plan shown at checkout governs the price and duration purchased. Access to particular features may depend on membership type, status, probation, availability, suspension, Jail/Prison status or other rules described in these Terms.

Every D4C membership comes with conditions and possible restrictions. By choosing and continuing to use a membership plan, you agree to follow the rules for that plan, the community conduct and participation requirements, and the published controls for the features you use. D4C may limit access to areas or functions where a rule applies to your role or account status, including probation, an authorised suspension, a valid Jail sentence or a controlled Prison World visit. A plan purchase does not guarantee unrestricted access to every feature or continuous access regardless of conduct or status. Restrictions must be applied under the published D4C rules and remain subject to Site Admin/Governor oversight and applicable legal rights.

Conditions that apply across membership plans. Members must meet the applicable activity requirements, follow the conduct rules and comply with controlled access instructions. Any member, regardless of whether his plan is Master, Masters Plus, Slave or Switch, may become subject to the published inactivity and review process, a rule-breach investigation, a hearing or a permitted site restriction where the relevant conditions are met. An authorised Prison World visitor of any membership type may also be impounded for failing to complete the controlled exit before the visit expires. These outcomes are governed by the relevant procedures; a complaint or missed activity target does not automatically impose a Jail sentence, terminate membership or predetermine a hearing result. The administrator exemption from Member Probation described in section 6 remains in place.

Additional conditions of Slave membership. A member who chooses a Slave plan accepts that, if he voluntarily joins an eligible Master’s Stable, that Master may exercise only the specific in-site authority granted by the published Stable and Prison World rules. This can include lawful, consensual Stable conditions and, where the member and circumstances qualify, a D4C Jail sentence of one to seven days. A valid sentence may temporarily restrict Network World access and ordinary site functions, and the Slave may be removed from the Stable when the sentence is imposed. The resulting site controls apply while that sentence is in force and cannot be cancelled merely by asking the Master to waive them; only the authorised Site Admin/Governor can correct, override or release a sentence under D4C rules. The Master cannot create new site powers or change the published limits.

Choosing a Slave plan does not require joining any particular Stable, paying a Master privately, accepting an undisclosed condition, or consenting to sexual, financial or other personal conduct. A member may withdraw consent to an interaction, decline a demand, leave or seek to leave a Stable under the applicable site process, and report abuse or request Site Admin review. Withdrawal from a relationship does not by itself erase a valid site record or automatically end a sentence already imposed, but D4C will provide an appropriate way to seek review. No D4C role or site rule removes statutory rights, permits unlawful conduct, or creates real-world ownership or detention.

6. Stage One Probation and Active Participation

D4C is an active participation community and is not intended for dormant or “ghost” profiles. All eligible Masters, Slaves and Switches entering Stage One are subject to a 90-day probationary membership period. This includes eligible existing members migrated into Stage One from a controlled common start date. Administrator accounts are exempt.

Every probationary member must record activity on at least 12 distinct active days during the 90-day period. A Slave must additionally obtain 2 qualifying 5-star Master recognitions arising from genuine voluntary tribute or positive participation for which appropriate audit evidence is retained. No fixed tribute or payment amount is required for a recognition.

Masters and Switches are also subject to the 12-active-day requirement. Any additional role-specific participation measure must be published to affected members before it is applied to their probation outcome. Attendance alone does not guarantee confirmation if an applicable, previously published measure has not been met.

Where applicable requirements remain unresolved at Day 90, the account enters REVIEW REQUIRED status and may be referred to the D4C Parole Hearing process. Referral is a review mechanism and is not, by itself, automatic expulsion, Jail, Death Row placement or termination.

7. Ongoing Activity, Availability and Inactivity

Members are expected to maintain reasonable participation. Under the Stage One inactivity lifecycle, D4C may send a first reminder after 7 inactive days, a further reminder after 14 days, and a final notice at 30 days. The final notice provides a further 7-day opportunity to return or respond; unresolved accounts may enter Death Row review at day 37, with any appeal and account decision handled under the published process. This timetable is separate from a member's 90-day probation review. A valid Away, On Holiday or Unavailable status suspends ordinary inactivity reminders while it applies; an expected return date may trigger separate return reminders. These statuses are distinct from administrative suspension and Jail. D4C may review misuse of an availability status.

8. Profiles, Identity and Media

Members must maintain a genuine profile and comply with current profile and verification requirements. D4C may require an identifiable profile photograph. You must not create duplicate or deceptive profiles, impersonate another person, use throwaway contact details, or upload material you do not have the right to use. You remain responsible for content submitted through your account.

9. Consent, Financial Domination and Member-to-Member Payments

All activity between members must be consensual and lawful. Members are responsible for deciding whether to enter into any financial domination, tribute or other voluntary arrangement. Except where a transaction is expressly processed by D4C as a site service, D4C is not a party to private member-to-member payments and does not guarantee performance, repayment or satisfaction. A member must not use threats, fraud, coercion or unlawful pressure to obtain money, services, content or personal information.

Payments to Masters: A voluntary tribute or other payment made directly to a Master, including a payment suggested by the Lucky Wheel, is the paying member's decision and is an arrangement between those members. The Lucky Wheel may display a Master and an amount, but the resulting member-to-member payment is made outside D4C's membership checkout and CMC Credits system. ONLINESERVICES LTD does not receive or control a direct private payment, does not promise that the Master will provide any particular response or outcome, and is not responsible for a Master's failure to repay or perform a private arrangement. If a member instead pays through D4C Credits, CMC hosting, checkout or another site-operated service, the applicable D4C transaction terms and statutory consumer rights continue to apply. Nothing in this section excludes liability that ONLINESERVICES LTD cannot lawfully exclude, including liability for its own breach, negligence, misrepresentation or obligations under consumer law.

10. D4C Credits and Pay-Per-Minute Master Hosting

D4C may operate a Credits system for site services, including pay-per-minute Master hosting and related bookings or sessions. The current purchase price, credit value, applicable per-minute rate, session rules and any revenue split are displayed by the relevant D4C service at the time of purchase or use. Credits are a contractual unit for use within D4C and are not cash, a bank deposit, electronic money or a transferable currency unless D4C expressly states otherwise.

ONLINESERVICES LTD is responsible for its site-operated membership purchases, D4C checkout, CMC Credits system and any D4C Get Out of Jail release-card fee charged through the site. This includes maintaining its transaction and session records, applying the published charges and administering applicable member remedies. Payment processing may be provided by PayPal or another disclosed provider, but that does not remove D4C's responsibility for these site-operated services or rights members have under law.

Masters eligible to provide paid hosting may receive earnings in accordance with the applicable host terms, payout profile, verified session records and D4C revenue split. D4C may correct obvious technical errors, duplicate credits, fraudulent transactions or incorrectly recorded sessions. Separate payment-provider terms may also apply.

11. Stables and D4C Ownership Role-Play

A Slave may request or agree to join an eligible Master’s Stable. A member may be restricted to one Stable at a time where the Service so provides. A Master may set lawful, consensual Stable conditions and tasks only within D4C’s published rules. The additional in-site conditions and controls of Slave membership are explained in section 5, and the controlled Jail process is explained in section 12. “Owned”, “ownership” and similar descriptions are role-play/community status only and do not give a Master legal ownership of, or real-world authority over, another member. Consent may be withdrawn from personal interaction and cannot excuse unlawful conduct.

12. Jail and Prison World

D4C contains a controlled Prison World and Jail system. Where the applicable D4C rules permit it, an authorised Master may impose a site sentence only on an eligible Slave within that Master’s own Stable and only for the permitted duration. A jailed member may have Network World access and ordinary site functions restricted for the sentence period. Site Admin/Governor retains authority over administrative release, correction and override.

Prison records may be retained as part of the member’s D4C account history. A Jail sentence is a digital site restriction and role-play feature only. It does not represent physical detention or remove any real-world legal right.

If a Get Out of Jail release card is offered, its price and conditions will be shown before purchase. Buying it does not itself end an active sentence: expiry and the authorised Site Admin/Governor release step must also occur under the published Jail rules. D4C administers the site-operated purchase and any applicable consumer remedies.

13. Prison Visitors and Impoundment

Where D4C offers controlled Prison World visits, a successful admission starts a 10-minute authorised visit and temporarily confines the visitor to Prison World. This visitor rule applies to any admitted member, whatever membership plan he holds. A warning is presented when two minutes remain. The visitor must follow the authorised exit route before time expires; simply navigating to a Network World page does not count as an exit. If the visit expires first, the account may be confined to the view-only Holding Pen/impounded state until released by the authorised Site Admin/Governor. A controlled Calling Bell may remain available to contact the Governor. These are access-control and role-play states only.

14. Inactivity Review, Parole and Death Row

D4C may operate an escalating inactivity and review process, including warnings, a grace period, review referral, Parole Board consideration and a Death Row state for accounts approaching closure. Where an appeal or hearing is offered, the member may use the provided process. D4C may appoint appropriately authorised Parole Board members with limited, temporary permissions. Site Admin/Governor retains the final administrative authority provided by the Service rules. A Death Row state is a site account-governance state and not a real-world sanction.

15. Shared Parole Board Service

D4C is a participation community in which every member has a role. As a condition of ordinary membership, every eligible Master, Slave and Switch must take one fair turn serving on the D4C Parole Board when selected. Parole Board service is a shared community responsibility. It is not a punishment, employment relationship, permanent rank or grant of authority outside the particular D4C hearing.

The system selects members randomly from those who have not yet completed service when an eligible hearing requires Board members. Site Administrator/Governor accounts are excluded. A member who is temporarily Away/Unavailable, suspended, jailed, subject to an active Death Row case, conflicted in the case or otherwise temporarily ineligible may be deferred and returned to the future pool. Deferral does not normally satisfy or permanently remove the service duty. Site Admin/Governor may record a justified exemption.

A selected member receives a formal service summons and normally has seven days to acknowledge it. Acknowledgement activates only the temporary access and permissions required for authorised Board service. The member must consider the case fairly, maintain confidentiality, attend and participate in the authorised hearing and follow the hearing procedure. Formal case outcomes and enforcement remain with the relevant D4C case process and Site Admin/Governor.

Completion of one properly attended service ordinarily satisfies the member's Stage One Parole Board duty and removes the member from later random draws. Failure to acknowledge, non-attendance or refusal may be recorded and referred to Site Admin/Governor for review under the membership rules. The Parole Board system does not automatically jail, punish or terminate a member for refusal or non-response.

16. Communications, Hearings and Calling Bell

D4C provides member communication tools and controlled communication channels. Some Prison World states may restrict normal messaging and provide only a Calling Bell or other route to Site Admin/Governor. Hearing rooms may be view-only for observers and may restrict posting to authorised participants. Members must not attempt to bypass communication restrictions or access conversations for which they are not authorised.

17. Reviews and Recognitions

Reviews, ratings and recognitions must reflect genuine interactions or participation. Fabricated, reciprocal, purchased, manipulated or coercively obtained reviews or recognitions may be removed and may result in disciplinary action. D4C may retain evidence necessary to audit recognitions used for probation or other membership decisions.

18. Acceptable Conduct

You must not use D4C for unlawful activity; harassment; threats; fraud; non-consensual conduct; discriminatory abuse; impersonation; exploitation of minors; political or religious recruitment or propaganda contrary to D4C rules; unauthorised commercial advertising; spam; malicious software; attempts to bypass access controls; scraping or harvesting; interference with the Service; or infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights. You must comply with applicable law and D4C moderation requirements.

19. Safety and Meetings

D4C does not undertake a general criminal background check of every member. You are responsible for exercising judgment when communicating with or meeting another member. Never treat a D4C profile, membership type, Stable relationship, review, badge or status as a guarantee of another person’s identity, character, financial position or safety.

20. Moderation, Records and Investigations

D4C may moderate member content and investigate complaints, suspected abuse, fraud, duplicate accounts, access-control violations and breaches of these Terms. Access to private communications or media by authorised administrators must be limited to purposes permitted by applicable law and described in the Privacy Policy. D4C may preserve relevant records where necessary for security, dispute handling, legal compliance, enforcement or audit, even where ordinary content has a shorter routine retention period.

21. Suspension, Restriction and Termination

D4C may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members or the Service, comply with law, address non-payment, investigate serious misconduct or operate an applicable membership lifecycle. Where appropriate, D4C may provide a warning, review or appeal route. Serious breaches may justify immediate restriction or termination. Termination does not erase records that D4C is entitled or required to retain.

22. Fees, Renewals, Cancellation and Refunds

Prices, billing frequency and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Where recurring billing is offered, the checkout and account controls will explain how renewal and cancellation operate.

Nothing in these Terms removes statutory consumer rights. Any right to cancel, refund, price reduction or other remedy will apply where required by law. Where a consumer expressly requests immediate supply of digital content or services during a statutory cancellation period, any legally required consent or acknowledgement will be obtained through the relevant purchase process. D4C will not describe a blanket “no refunds” rule as overriding rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

23. Third-Party Payment and Service Providers

D4C may use third parties for payment processing, age assurance, email delivery, hosting, communications and other technical services. Those providers may process information under their own terms or privacy notices where applicable. D4C is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by law.

PayPal is our current payment processor. D4C may change or add a payment provider. The available methods and applicable provider will be identified at checkout before a new transaction, and the Privacy Policy will explain relevant data sharing. Any change does not retrospectively change completed payment transactions or remove your statutory rights.

24. Intellectual Property

D4C software, branding, designs, text and other materials owned or licensed by ONLINESERVICES LTD are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the Service for personal membership purposes only unless written permission states otherwise. You must not copy, commercially exploit, reverse engineer, scrape or redistribute protected D4C material except where law expressly permits it.

25. Member Content

You retain any rights you have in content you upload. By uploading content you grant D4C the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process, moderate and provide that content through the Service and to comply with legal and security obligations. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions for anything you upload. D4C may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

26. Availability, Maintenance and Changes

D4C may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance and may modify, replace, suspend or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes affecting membership may be communicated through the Service or registered contact details as appropriate.

27. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to applicable consumer law, D4C is not responsible for losses caused by another member, independent member-to-member arrangements, unauthorised third-party services, or events outside our reasonable control. Any further limitation of liability is subject to applicable law.

28. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with the D4C Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains the categories of information processed, purposes and lawful bases, recipients, retention, security and individual rights. Acceptance of these Terms does not convert every processing activity into consent where another lawful basis applies.

29. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in law, safety requirements, membership rules or Service functionality. Where a change is material, members may be required to review and actively accept a new version before continued access. D4C will retain appropriate version and acceptance records.

30. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Questions, complaints or notices may be sent to admin@dominants4cash.com.
